A unique tour through the main touristic and residentials areas of Troia and Comporta, with the intention of learning the best of each area to live or invest. The more touristic areas, the traditional ones, the residential neighborhoods, the business areas, and of course, the full range of values and offers. You will gain a deep understanding of the property market regarding the prices in each area, the most common typologies, the type of construction around, the predominant lifestyle in each neighborhood, and the best amenities and services—such as schools, hospitals, or parks—to enjoy, and, as always, what should be avoided. Avoid wasting your time booking visits to properties with real estate agencies, in random areas where you don't know much about, hoping that a fair and unbiased explanation by an agent, about the area and your interests will be provided. You will be guided to the areas and the properties in the agency listings, and not the locations which really fits your needs. First you know it, then you move in. This tour will be guided by a professional real estate specialist with years of experience in the Lisbon district market. We will pick you up at your Hotel or Accommodation, or if you are already outside, we can arrange a pick up Point to meet you. The Tour will be provided by car, with a maximum of 3 occupants, and it will require entering and exiting the vehicle a few times. NOTE. Due to the distance between points, this tour will require a full working day of travel, which is why it requires booking subject to subsequent confirmation. This enables to personalize the experience for you, plan the itinerary, schedule lunch, and adjust the timelines. Once confirmed and all details have been adjusted, payment will be processed.
